Had problem with my brake lights, everyone was very kind and got my car fixed in a timely manner! I liked best was the after hours pickup they have it made it less stressful to work around my job and school to get my car back. Also gave me a 10 percent discount for being a student at UNCW! They were amazing!

Excellent service. My son had issue with his Toyota on the drive down to move into uncw. They diagnosed and fixed a tricky issue quickly and for an affordable price. They even gave my son a bag of cookies when he picked up his car. First time using this shop, they were honest, reasonably priced and easy to communicate with. Glad we found a great place for maintenance and repairs on day one.

Excellent service and experience. I came in for an oil change and was in and out within 20-30 minutes. The front desk staff were so kind and pleasant to chat with. As I was leaving they handed me some fresh-baked cookies that they make on site. I also received a nice letter in the mail from the owner a few days later. Very classy. Will certainly be back.

I’m a Lexus owner, if you are to you know what I’m talking about when I say , if you want quality maintenance in eastern NC it is slim pickings! A Lexus group suggested T&T. It was the best recommendation I’ve ever got! They are very kind to interact with, great communication. Even the mechanic I met was great!. I thought their prices were very fare , reasonable & worth every penny. They defiantly have my family’s business forever👍🏻
